Dragging maximized window to lower monitor loses maxmization

My two monitors are mounted vertically, A on the top, B on the bottom. When I drag a maximized window from B to A, it auto-maximizes on A if I release the drag right at the top of the monitor due to SNAP's "arrange windows automatically when dragged to top of screen". But there seems to be NO WAY to drag a maximized window from A to B. It loses its maximized state no matter what. I fear this inability is a feature not a bug! Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!

looking for tool - double-click on titlebar moves app to next monitor

I have two monitors and am a long time user of displayfusion (DF), actual multiple monitors (AMM), and ultramon. But win10's ability to have two taskbars that each show my custom start button, a custom T-clock clock, and the search shortcut has made it a better alternative for me. The ONLY function remaining that I need is the ability to double click on the titlebar of any window and have it jump to the next window. AMM has this but it falls short in other areas.

Does anyone know of a tool, or anything, that will allow me to be able to double-click on a windows' titlebar and have that windows jump to the next monitor? I want to do this with the mouse, not the keyboard. Thanks!

EDIT: It occurs to me there is another way to do this that would be acceptable IF ONLY I could get it to work. I pretty much only use maximized windows (two monitors vertically mounted). So the goal here is to quickly move a maximized window from one monitor to the other. Right now, if I drag the titlebar of a window that is maximized on my LOWER monitor and move it all the way to the top of the UPPER monitor and release, it is maximized on my upper monitor. So far, so good. BUT, when I do the same thing and try to move a maximized window from the upper monitor to the lower monitor, there is no way to quickly have it be maximized on the lower monitor. Now if I very, very carefully, end the drag while the mouse is exactly on top of the top row of pixels on the lower monitor, in that case yes it DOES result in a successful maximized window drag from the upper to the lower. So its easy and quick to drag a maximized window from bottom monitor to top monitor, but not at all easy to (quickly) do the same thing from top to bottom. Arg-g-g.
