Windows 10: Very annoying selection box appearing for some reason

There's this thing only happening with Window's UI where it outlines things like the Movies & TV app's play/pause button in white since I have dark mode on, I'm sure if I was using light mode it would be a black outlineThis is also very annoying because it disables the ability to scroll in pages like Settings where there are scrollable pages, it also forces the UI for Movies & TV to remain there the entire time no matter where I leave my mouse whilst a video I have on my PC is playingI can't do a LOT of things because of this and it's been a problem so much lately I figured I'd come

This issue could possibly caused by a corrupted theme. For us to better assist you, we'd like to know the following:

• Confirm which build is currently installed on your device. To check, follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + R, then type in winver.
• Click OK.

• Were there any recent changes made prior to this issue?

We suggest changing to the default theme, refer to the steps below:

1. Click on Start, search for Control Panel.

2. Under Appearance and Personalization, select
Change the theme.

3. Under Windows Default Themes, select Windows.

Cheap Photo box that will get the job done

WEll i took on this project for PP hes a hardware reviewer and wants to get the professional looking pics for the Pc parts

Materials:

• Big cardboard box

• a razor

• white material 3 yards

• cone lights

• stapler

• medical tape

• pvc pipe about 6 inches longer than your box

• white paint any cheap finger paint would work

the project I'm guessing will cost me $30 if it works out properly
I will post pictures and step by step as i do it
