Very Confusing Network Problem with three laptops

Hello Everyone. I have an interesting Issue. I have three laptops on a home Network. They are all attached wirelessly to my Router which is a NetGear Genie C3700-100NAS.

    Computer A HP 17z-ca100

    Computer B HP 15-bw0xx

    Computer C HP 15-bw0xx

    All are on Windows 10

Ok, so here is the weird issue.

Computer B can see and share files with shared folders on Computer A and C

Computer C can see and share files with shared folders on Computer A and B

Computer A is the problem and it is intermittent. Computer A, when Windows is reinstalled (which I have done a few times) also sees the other 2 computers and can share files. No user name or password required. But then suddenly, without changing any settings at all, it will do one or more of the following things.

    1. Suddenly it simply will not see either of the other 2 computers in the network as a computer (ping works though). But it WILL see them as media devices. Of course I can not share folders and files this way.

    OR

    2. It sees both computers but suddenly requires a user name and password, which does not work

    OR

3 It suddenly only sees one of the other two computers and works fine with that one but the other is just seen as a media server

    OR

4 same as number 3 above but now needs a password and user name for the one it sees on the network

I have checked and all the settings seem to be the same in network settings (file and printer sharing etc.) on all computers for both private and public networks

There seems to be nothing that suddenly triggers computer A from working just fine, I am on it and sharing and everything is great. I change nothing, then I get back on it and it stops working. Once it stops working and shows any of the numbers 1 though 4 above, it may switch between those 4 issues, but it never goes back to working fully

    HELP

    :)

    Hi,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

First Verify if the WLAN service is started and set to automatic, if the WLAN service is stopped, I would suggest you to start the service and put it to automatic.

Step 1: Please follow the steps to
    start the WLAN service.

    • Click on Start, type in services.msc
      and press Enter.

    • Select WLAN Autoconfig from the list, Right click
      properties.

    • Change the startup type to Automatic.

    • Click on Start button.

    • Click on Apply, Ok.
Restart the computer and verify if it works.

Also check if all the dependencies are also running. Try the steps to check Dependencies.

    • Right-click on WLAN Autoconfig and select Properties.

    • Click on Dependencies, you will find all the dependency services under box labeled this service depends on the following system components.
Step 2: Run an inbuilt Network troubleshooter.

    • Press Windows + X key and select
      Control Panel.

    • Type troubleshooting and select troubleshooting.

    • Click on view all on the left pane and select
