    Very high CPU spikes when watching videos


    I recently noticed that DCOM server process launcher spikes my CPU when watching videos in the browser, at times DCOM takes up 30-50% of my cpu. Is this normal? I have tried disabling third-party software through msconfig and done a memory scan.
