Windows 10: Very low screen luminosity almost totally dark

Hello,


It's been a few weeks since I had a black screen on my ASUS TUF GAMING laptop, I tried to fix it with an external monitor and I could make it for some time by installing intel driver & support assistant and other tools to update my drivers.


Today, all my drivers are up to date but unfortunately, I had a black screen again.


I need my laptop for studies purposes, please help me ASAP.

My luminosity settings aren't working! the luminosity wont change with the battery life or with the hour. it completely wont work!

On my N97 mini the luminosity don't change at all while the ambiant light change..



Am I the only one to have this issue?



And anyway the minimal light is way too much when you're in the darkness, reducing the minimal would maybe save battery.



And is there a way to schedule profiles ? I mean, for example to be offline mode during every nights.

How to set up 2 additional monitors (3 screens in total)?

Most of the time this issue occurs due to setting configuration. As an initial troubleshooting, I suggest you to follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Click System.
3. On the left-panel, choose Display.
4. All three screens should be displayed there, but you may see that one is disconnected.
5. Click on the screen that is disconnected or just a dark display and choose Extend desktop to this display option.

In addition, you might also check at your graphic card's control panel, such as Nvidia Control Panel, and configure the settings.
