VERY slow boot, only when restarting [SSD EVO 250gb]

Hello, first off I want to say that I have searched not only here on the forum but everywhere and havent found a solution, so sorry if if its a 'repost' kind of topic.
Anyway, Its the second time this started happening and i have no idea how to fix it, different SSDs too. After couple of months the boot time starts to get slower and slower ,originally being ~20seconds and now almost 2min, last time was even worse.

-Disabling apps that start with win10 have no effect whatsoever.
-Fast boot On/Off has no effect.
-SSD speed after boot is normal, no problem opening big apps etc(Benchmarks say its just as fast as anyone elses EVO 850 250gb)
    -TRIM and AHCI are On.
-Intel RapidStart has no effect on boot time.
-Changing virtual memory has no effect on boot time.
-Changing NVIDIA drivers has no effect on boot time.
-RapidMode has no effect on boot time.
There are problably other things I tried that I'm not remembring right now. The problem only happens when Restarting , if I turn it completly off and on again I'm on desktop in less than 10sec.

WPA - I took 2 sets of data, they dont differ in almost anything as far as I could see. Since the file are huge i took screenshots of what i think are the relevant graphs. ( Storage and Disk Usage / Boot / UI Delay). In the UI Delay ,there seems to be some quite heavy processes ocurring, not shure what they are for.

BootLog - On the image there are 2 logs, both with the same time of 90-100 seconds to boot.

  2. System Startup Inquiry

I never ask questions here, hardly ever..

My question or inquiry would be:

I recently bought a Samsung EVO SSD 850 250gb, and did a fresh clean install of Windows 10. It boots up in 2 or 3 seconds. That's perfect. my problem ocurrs when turning it on, it'll showing me a flashing text cursors for a few seconds... then go to the
BIOS screen... But, if i just simply turn it off and on again.. it boots into windows. I don't have any other installation, Boot order is set to Samsung EVO 850 SSD nothing else. It's just a minor annoyance. i don't have any system slow down, or anything.
jsut the boot issue. The previous SSD i had in the system did not have that issue with windows.

    HArdware:

    Asus z170-k Motherboard 4.00 GHZ

    BIOS latest Version

All hardware up to date and compatible

Video card - Nvidia GTX 960

    16gb of DDR4 RAM 2200mhz

    250gb Samsung EVO SSD

2TB HDD (That came with the computer as well, again, had no issues with previous SSD)

    Troubleshooting steps done:

    SFC /Scannow

    100% verification no issues found.

    Checked boot order

Checked bios settings (everything the same as before, just different SSD)

When installing windows however, it did not create a *insert mb here* System reserved. just the install.

Any info would be helpful. Any system verification i've done, returned with no errors.

Perhaps ditching your 32G emmc is an answer?

What SSDs have you tried, what ports are/have they been connected to, what BIOS version are you using and what are the system specs?

An old ForceGT 60gb that works just fine still, every driver connected to the primary ports and not the controller ones. Latest Bios.

    i7-2600k@4.5ghz
    asrock p67 fatal1ty professional
    16gb 1866mhz
    gtx 970
    1tb seagate / 2tb seagate / 256gb x400 ssd

I'm probably missing something but what do you mean 'every driver connected to the primary ports and not the controller ones'? Which ports have you tried?

This mobo offers some extra sata ports by marvell controller, wich asrock says has lower performance than the chipset ones. So what i mean by primary are the chipset sata ports.

Just some extra info... When i had the ForceGT i only had the 1Tb drive with it ,so i guess that some kind of overload isnt the issue with the extra drives that i got as time went by.

I just find it very weird and annoying that only when restarting it takes ages to boot (atleast with the EVO,dont remember with the ForceGT), because if its happening by some app that i end up installing its almost impossible to narrow it down ,since it takes ~3 months to start getting slower.. and i very rarely install anything out of the initial batch of apps after formatting wich consists mostly of known developers/companies.

Another random suggestion.. How do you log in? Tried camera or pictures? Disable all and use local account with password.

To get a better boot trace it's suitable to setup autologon, this way you don't have to enter your credentials and hence you'll get more representaive boot time...

Can you provide a less big boot trace ?

Could you get another trace with WPA, this time don't forget to not do anything whilst waiting *Smile
The winlogon init. takes 6 minutes, while everything else takes 27s total.

Could you also run Autoruns by Mark Russinovich, save it and upload the file as a zip.
