Windows 10: Very slow inernet connection until the computer is restarted

These are the values that show up everytime I do a speed test on this computer. I tried it on my phone and other computers, but it shows completely different values. If I restart the computer, the internet goes back to normal for about 5 minutes, then I get this issue again.What is causing this? I've tried several methods already, but they didn't work

Does the issue persist on both Wi-Fi and ethernet cable?Kindly also run these network commands in the command prompt. Select Search on the taskbar, and type the command prompt. The Command Prompt button will appear. To the right of it, select Run as administrator > Yes.

At the command prompt, run the following commands in the listed order.Type "netsh winsock reset" and select Enter.

Type "netsh int ip reset" and select Enter.

Type "ipconfig /release" and select Enter.

Type "ipconfig /renew" and select Enter.

Type "ipconfig /flushdns" and select Enter.If the issue persists, I recommend reinstalling the network adapter.

• Press the Windows key, type device manager, and then select Device Manager from the list of results.

• Expand Network adapters and locate the network adapter for your device.

• Select the network adapter, right-click then select Uninstall device > check the Attempt to remove the driver for this device check box > Uninstall.

• After uninstalling the driver, select Start > Power > Restart. Windows will automatically look for and install the network adapter driver.
