Windows 10: Very small C drive capacity

Good afternoon, I have an issue I am constantly fighting with and need some help. I have a small 8” tablet from Lenovo that has an internal drive 0/C that is only 32GB nonupgradeable. In addition to this drive, I have installed a 128GB SDXC card to act as my drive 1/D. Because the 32GB is so small, I constantly fight for updates as I have redirected all of the files to the “D” drive SDXC Card. However, this is not adequate as the drive is still RED and won't accept the last W10 update. I desperately need suggestions on how to manage drive 0/C with drive 1/D so that I can use the tablet and

Disk Management lets you view and manage the disk drives installed in your computer as well as the partitions associated with those drives. In order to sort this out, kindly answer the following questions:

• What did you mean when you wanted to extend C: drive capacity?
• Are you planning to free up disk space?

Please see screenshot 24. I am trying to determine the current capacity of my C drive.
Looking at my C drive in two different locations gives me different numbers.

Why is that?
