Windows 10: Very specific problem I couldn't find a solution for. Details below

Whenever I boot up my pc, it shows the lock screen and when I click to proceed to the login screen, it takes a lot of time for it to load. It's just a blurred wallpaper and nothing else. Of course some things such as the buttons for shut down/restart/sleep and the ease of access stuff is still there but no text box to type my password or visible accounts/users. After about 10-15 mins it finally shows up.Also, whenever I click login with Microsoft or Xbox in a game, the window shows up but I have to wait for atleast 30 minutes for anything other than the loading animation to show up in the wind

Try this:

Before you get to that message, press SHIFT + F10 to open a command prompt.

Run diskpart.
At the diskpart prompt, run these commands:

list disk

At this point you should see the SSD as disk 0. If it has another disk number, use that number rather than "0" in the next command.

select disk 0
clean
exit (to exit from diskpart)
exit (to exit from the command prompt)





That should clear the contents of the disk. The entire disk space should then show up in Windows setup as "Unallocated Space" as in the screenshot below.

 

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.
