Windows 10: [VERY URGENT] Signed into a temporary account, i want to get back without loosing any data

So i was changing my hard drive to another hard drive from windows 7 to see its contents, right after that i came back from the main hard drive. Signed back in, and all i see is just the default apps and wallpaper.here are some methods that dont work for meRegistery editor where you delete a key that isnt .bak or modify itA restartnew accountModifying its value, or path doesnt seem to work since it always replaces or adds back the key Making a new account and copying the files from the old one doesnt mean that im back on my old account, my credentials used to sign into chrome all that, even if

If you verified that the account is temporary, kindly restart your PC and sign in again. This should remove the temporary account and your files and settings should be available again.

Notes:

• You might need to restart your PC more than once before you can see your files and settings again.
• You should back up everything you worked on to an external drive, or it will be deleted when you sign out of the temporary account.

After update Microsoft is signing with temporary account and on restart data on desktop is removed.
