    Very weak bluetooth connection


    Hi, I have a fairly new pc I built about a year ago ryzen 2700x, rx 580 8gb, asrock b450m mobo, 16gb ram, 512gb nvme ssd with Windows 10.

    I've tried multiple bluetooth dongles and adaptersbluetooth 4.0, 4.2, 5.0 but I have been having issues with bluetooth connection. It has extremely weak bluetooth connection, especially noticeable with audio devices like earbuds and headphones. The connection disconnects when I'm only 10 feet away from my pc, and audio stuttering happens a lot even if I'm literally sitting 2 feet from my pc.

    I've tried updating to the latest versions of bluetooth drivers and windows 10 but had no luck. I don't think there is anything physically hindering the connection between my pc and me either. Has anyone had the same issue? Could you please suggest what to do to fix the problem? Thank you.

  2. wi-fi signal is weak

    Hey Jonian,

    This issue could have occurred due to these reasons:

    • Incorrect network settings.
    • Network adapter is not working properly.
    I suggest you to try the steps listed here and check if it fixes the issue or else contact your ISP for weak signal.

    • Confirm which build is currently installed on your device. To check, follow the steps below:
    • Press Windows key + R, then type in winver.
    • Click OK.
    • What is the make and model of your headset and Bluetooth dongle?
