Windows 10: Very weird glitches involving videos

For about the past week my win10 laptop (Dell XPS 7390) has been having really crazy glitches involving videos. They affect all videos playing on the system whether through Opera browser like YouTube or even in the regular media player.

The bug first that I noticed was what looked like the colors separating by a few pixels in the video. So if there was a man in the video, he would have an outline of a blue-tinted shadow of himself for a few pixels. Also, the furthest left side of the video would always be blue-tinted for a few pixels. When this bug happens, it affects every single video on the system and can only be fixed via restart. It comes randomly. (example, hard to see but also look at the man's hoodie strings). When I tried to take a screenshot of the issue it went back to normal when the area selection came up, however, when I exited out of area selection it came right back.

Bug 2 is the wildest. It started 2 days ago. Pretty much the entire video starts endlessly scrolling from the right, even when the video is paused (example). It only happens when in full screen, and minimizing the video than maximizing it again makes it go back to normal (it usually starts up again though). I've only ever gotten this bug on YouTube but that probably just because that's usually where I watch videos.

Bug 3 is just plain annoying. It also started 2 days ago. A thick black bar appears at random locations on the screen (example). It also only affects the video when it is fullscreen but toggling (or refreshing the page) only makes the bar jump to a different location. Restart is required to fix. I've also only gotten this bug on YouTube.

But yeah, my system's completely up to date, Intel drivers and everything. Just had a firmware update from Dell and it didn't change anything either. I'm assuming the bugs are connected since they appeared at roughly the same time, all affect videos, and have never overlapped each other.

I'm not sure what to do :/

Video Glitching

Hello Jordan,

I suggest you to download the video card drivers from Computer Manufacturer’s website and install them in
compatibility mode and check if it helps:

Refer the steps to install a driver in compatibility mode:

• Right click on the setup file of the driver and select
  Properties.
• Select Compatibility Tab.
• Place a check mark next to Run this program in Compatibility mode and select the operating system accordingly from the drop down list.
• Let the driver to install and then check the functionality.
