Windows 10: very weird youtube bug

so i have a bug on youtube where for some reason if i search or do anything the url stays as youtube.com so when im watching a video and i want to go back it takes me back to the normal microsoft page it also makes it impossible to copy video links because for some reason it doesnt showit just started happening 3 hours ago i cant copy video links or go back to the previous page because would take me to the microsoft edge home page how do i fix this?

Can't get Youtube to show videos in Chrome

I haven't gotteen to this suggestion yet - but, I've shut down half my Extensions and, now, I get the voice of the Youtube videos - but still not the video. Thought this clue might help.

 

Youtube all weird.

My youtube is acting weird on both my machines, the zoom setting is as it should be. anybody got any clues?
