Windows 10: Vfsmfd.sys crash param1 0x0000003b (0x00000000c0000005, 0xfffff8800cecb860,...

Help!


vfsmfd.sys is repeatedly crashing some system with BSOD in our environment.
I have the DMP file and i will appreciate it if you can review and help me resolve the issues. I have about 4 instances reported so far.

Getting "computer has rebooted from a bugcheck 0x0000003b 0x00000000c0000005" when bringing the computer out of sleep.

My computer recently has been crashing fairly regularly,

windows 10,

AMD fx8350

Nvidia gtx770

64 Bit

From the reliability function, viewing the multiple crashes ive got this

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000003b (0x00000000c0000005, 0xfffff801e58d7f42, 0xffffac0954e9fb60, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 06ebe9a2-1b68-417a-aa62-e99c4c1be490.

Ive seen this error around other places, and attempted the solutions offered however none have worked, ive also updated my graphics card driver and such. i just did a verifier run from: Here,
