Windows 10: VGA debug led on

Hey I put my PC from my table to a little bit to the left on the main table and boom I don't have any output but my RTX 2060 spins up but the VGA ez debug led is on preventing it from boot I tired so much like reseating cleaning with a q tip I followed alot of YouTube Tutorials How to fix it PLEASE HELP MEI have a msi b450m pro VDH v2 Ryzen5 5 2500 or 260016 gig ram 2x8 and a Corsair enhancement kit500w bewuiet PSU and a msi liquid cooler

Hey everyone. So I’ve just finished building my pc, and when I went to boot it up the motherboard showed the cpu and ram debug light, and I get no signal on my monitor (the dp is connected to gpu). But after waiting a few mins (2-3) mins my gpu fans stops and then the debug lights go away and my pc boots, even currently aswell after having windows and everything on it. The gpu fans stops and lights turns off and I get into my windows Lock Screen to then carry on with using my pc. It does this every time I boot it up. CPU and ram lights and then I need to wait for them to disappear and then it works fine. It’s really weird and after trying to look everywhere and ask people no one seemed to know why.

Also whenever I restart the pc whether it’s from windows (after updates or installs) or if it’s after finishing with bios, my pc won’t turn off to then turn on (as it should like all other electronics do when they restart) the only thing that’s happening is my ram rgb goes off for few sec and then they turn on and this time I only get ram debug. Only ram debug shows. And with that I also need to wait few mins for the leds to then go so it can work again. Can someone pls help me with this one.

(I’m using windows 11 pro)

Specs are: (ryzen 7 7700x, Kingston FURY Beast RGB DDR5 5600MHz 16GB, MSI tomahawk B650 WiFi, ASUS DUAL GeForce RTX 4060 OC White PCIe 4.0, 8GB GDDR6, Kingston KC3000 M.2 2280 NVMe SSD 1TB, and as for PSU Corsair RM750e)

And I’m using 2 of those RAMS.

 

Ethernet is showing as Kernel Debug Network Adapater

I understand that you see Kernel Debug Network Adapter in Device Manager. This can happen if debugging is turner on. I would suggest you to turn off debugging by following the steps mentioned below:

1. Type command prompt in the search bar on the
   Taskbar.
   
2. Right click on the command prompt icon and select
   Run as administrator.
   
3. Paste the following commands and hit Enter:
   
   bcdedit /debug off
   

If you still see the Network Adapter, you can disable it from Device Manager without problems. Refer the steps mentioned below:

1. Press Windows Logo key + X, to open
   Device Manager.
   
2. Expand Network adapters.
   
3. Now, right click on the Kernel Debug adapter and select
   Disable device.

Not conecting Philco (TV PH@$M LED A) with VGA cabe.

notebook is not detecting external display (LED TV Philco) in VGA mode, after installing windows 10 insider preview. Windows 10 will come out the update automatically? I have to look it by myself? or is it a bug?
