Windows 10: VGA to usb3 for dual monitors

I have 2 LG monitors I would like to connect to my Windows 10 desktop. The backs of the monitors have a VGA port and another white pin port.I connected the first monitor using VGA to VGA blue 15-pin cable. It is working fine. Unfortunately, I only have one VGA port on the back of my desktop so for the second monitor I have to use a VGA to USB3 cable. I am getting the picture but the resolution is very large and I cannot get it to look like monitor 1. I also get an error saying the port on the back of the desktop is not a 3.0. I went into my device manager to ensure it is a 3.0 USB port. I

Display using dual monitors can be possible if your video card supports multiple video outputs. Have you tried setting up dual monitor display before? Do you have other connectors aside from a VGA cable?

Splitters do not support extended computer application. What it does is it clones the same images on multiple monitors. VGA to 2 VGA connections usually cannot do it due to limited resources. If you want to have a dual monitor setup, you might want to check
if your video card supports multiple outputs directly from the device manufacturer and use another cable connector instead of a splitter.

I have to 3 monitors (all VGA/VGI) and I want two of them to connect to my laptop (HDMI). I have one VGA to hdmi adapter (self powered) and I want to have dual monitors. Please help me! I don't have any money so please if your going to suggest buying something,
make sure it is under 10 dollars. Thanks.
