Windows 10: vgk.sys causing computer to BSOD, regular fixes do not work

Recently I upgraded my computer with entirely new parts, only original thing left is the file content of the computer. Ever since then though, I've had multiple BSOD instances, all attributed to "vgk.sys". Usually it is KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED, but sometimes it happens to be something else, I can't read it because the BSOD is only there for a couple of seconds. I read up that this was Riot Vanguard at work, and so I tried every fix I could find on the matter. I repaired game files, updated drivers, updated Windows as much as possible, and uninstalled/reinstalled the Riot Client and all rel

QCAMAIN1.SYS CAUSING BSOD

This was probably caused by the following module:
qcamain1.sys (Qcamain10x64+0x108678)

Bugcheck code: 0x1D3 (0x333, 0x0, 0x0, 0x0)

Error: CUSTOM_ERROR

A third party driver was identified as the probable root cause of this system error. It is suggested you look for an update for the following driver: qcamain1.sys .

I did get BSOD almost everytime I moved the laptop.

This worked for me:

unscrew wifi module, push a little into the socket. Screw in. DONE

Random BSOD while browsing internet


BitDefender is nothing special. mwac.sys causes BSODs anywhere.

In that very thread, the suggested action apparently worked.

The storage and network filters of any third party antivirus can cause BSODs. Neither MBAM nor BitDefender is any special. For a regular antivirus, it may be shifted to an alternative; but MBAM has no alternative. So a clean install of the said program is the most feasible first step.
As far as the first step is not failing, it is better to not think for the second step. Because the BSODs are not universal, failure at the first step is not universal; and success at the second step is also not universal.
That is why I posted that my suggestion may work, or may not. Let us see where it goes.
