Video and Audio Bugs Out Whenever I Move My Curser

After my computer has been on for a little under a day my video freezes for a split second and my audio cuts out whenever I move my curser. Restarting my computer fixes this, but it's starting to get incredibly annoying. I've tried updating my drivers and the issue still persists. Does anyone have any idea why this might be happening? I am running Windows 10 build# 19043.1526

    :)
