Windows 10: Video and powerpoint that does not open and says error: 0x80070002

Hey there, I have talked to live support and they told me that it is possible that my video might have been deleted. Is there any third party apps that can allow me to recover the video. It is quite weird to me though as I don't recall deleting the video and certainly not the powerpoint but both don't allow me to open. The last modified date of the powerpoint is August 25th, thank you!Sincerely, Kyle Liu

PowerPoint file crashes PowerPoint upon opening

since this happens in some of the computers only, suggest that you open the file on working computer and copy everything and paste to a new powerpoint file.
most of the time it works to me. *Smile

Windows Sandbox seems fragile on 1903 for a bunch of reasons; mine won't start with a different error code.

Feedback Hub reports for "Windows Sandbox won't start" mention about 25 different error codes experienced.

1. May I know, if you are facing this issue on all the other sound applications as well?
2. Do you get any error code or error message when you try to record the audio?

We will have to try few troubleshooting steps to further eliminate the root cause of the issue.

Open Windows voice recorder and try to record any audio and check if that works.
