Windows 10: Video/Audio keeps pausing and playing by itself on my windows 10 HP Notebook 15

My laptop has been facing an issue lately where I can't seem to enjoy a video peacefully. It keeps getting interrupted by the system playing and pausing it continuously. It exists on all types of players. Web browsers, youtube videos, vlc media player, and so on. It even doesn't let me enjoy a song on Spotify as it keeps on pausing and playing. I can see the Pausing and playing effect being reflected as the f10 display action is displayed on my screen continuously. The windows also Lags when this happens.


I have tried to reinstall my windows and update my drivers. These actions were done successfully but the problem still exists. I have tried to connect an external keyboard and the problem still existed. It is not related to the space bar as I checked it on word. I can carry out other functions but cannot view videos and songs which is a majority of my time on the laptop. I can only narrow it down to the f10 key, however, I do not know what else to do since I have reinstalled the windows.

windows 10 killed my video player

My laptop is a HP 2000369WM Notebook PC, Dual Core E2 AMD processors. Video in Facebook or in other forums will not play. When in Youtube the videos play, but roughly and sometimes the audio gets out of sync with the video. Tried to perform the suggest
device driver update, but the command provided listed all types of resources on my computer, but not a Graphic Driver. Everything was working perfectly until I upgraded to Windows 10.

 

Video Player Keeps Pausing and playing

when i play any Video of any format the Player Keeps pausing and start playing again and it happens again and again it barely play video for a minute and keeps on pausing and playing i have tried so many player but it happens with every media player.

Please help me sort out this issue.

Audio and video pauses automatically

Audio and video pause automatically (and sometimes pause and play) only when I use an internal (Youtube, google) or 3rd party software (windows media player, VLC, films &TVs ).
1. It happens only when I am playing a video or audio.
2. No virus (after scan)
3. Since the spacebar key is usually associated with play & pause, I tried typing something in MS word. I did not see any auto space being generated between 2 letters. (tested for 5 mins)
4. Autoplay and pause (sometimes just pause) occur maybe after 20 seconds. (it is random)
5. I can actually see the virtual pause and play button is toggled. (no other error message is shown, it happens as if I am physically pressing the spacebar key.
