Windows 10: video editor keeps crashing randomly

    Picture Editor keeps Crashing

    Yeah, that's it.
    I'm running windows 10. It only crashes when I go to "Edit", usually after I've gone to Crop And Rotate.
    This is the screen I'm usually looking at:
