Windows 10: Video files give 0xc00d36c4 error after I removed ransomeware

I downloaded a crack software but it had the virus. I destroyed it with antivirus


But to most of my files the kral extension was added although I deleted the kral but now most of my video files give this error 0xc00d36c4 and my music is corrupted. sorry my english was bad

Hello Everyone, I have windows 10 installed in my PC everything is fine with it but today I am getting Error Code 0xc00d36c4 while playing Videos and Music. Actually I am very fond of listening music so please look into this issue and suggest me correct ways to fix this.

Hi so using the windows video app and windows media player to watch some mp4 videos results in the error code 0xc00d36c4 (0xc00d36c4) (which comes from the video app). What does this mean and how do I fix it?
