Windows 10: Video Flickering After Update

Helo i am having a problem with online video playback after one of the last couple updates. When i try to play a video/movie like youtbe, facebook etc.. the screen keeps flickering. Really it does it on any page if im playing a video or not. But mostly when paying. It doesn't do it on amazon or hulu which are the only ones i have. Anyone else having this issue or know how to fix this? I have uninstalled and re-installed the video and display drives but no luck.

Screen Flickering

Return that card for something else. I've heard of many issues with Asus Direct Cu 7970's. You could try finding a different monitor to see if your monitor is the problem, but I doubt it.

**I though you tried differnet cables. Buy a new cable and try it. Get a Dual Link DVI cable.

Here's a list.

1. Uninstall and reinstall video drivers.

2. Replace cable

3. Try different monitor

4. Try different video card

5. Replace video card.

If you can do any of the steps above, just skip to step #5.

This issue might have occurred due to corrupted/ incompatible/ outdated display drivers after the latest update, try the below and check if it helps.

• Do let us know when exactly you get the flickering screen on your device?
• Were you able to see any error code/ error message on flickering screen?

Screen flickering in Windows 10 safe mode

I haven't made any changes on my device. This screen flickering is only happening in Safe Mode.
