Windows 10: Video Games have been crashing after 5 to 10 minutes. I check the minidump logs and go the...

When playing CPU intensive games after 5 to 10 minutes the game crashes to desktop. I checked the minidump logs and i have two files within created, 2 days ago within 15 minutes of each other. Checking the minidump files they both throw the same error code listed above. I check for drives updates for my Geforce RTX 4060. I am more then happy to provide more information as needed.

Do let us know the following to assist you better with this issue:

• From where are you trying to play the video games (downloaded/ from website)?
• If you are playing games from website which browser are you using?
• Were you able to see any error code/ error message when the game crashes?
• Are you able log-in to your computer?

This issue might have occurred due to corrupted/ outdated display drivers.

As you see black screen while logging to the desktop, I suggest you to refer to the below Microsoft article about this issue, try the troubleshooting steps and check if it helps.

Also, I suggest you to install all the pending updates on your device.

Steps:

• Connect to the internet.
• Press Windows key and type
  updates.
• Click on Check for updates.
• Under Windows Updates, click on
  Check for updates.
• Try to install the updates being shown.

i am having a problem playing games ,every time i entered a game it crashes after 5 minutes ,i played with minecrafft and gta v and it crash

 

PC screen freezing/crashing after closing games

Hi Dave,

Just had a video scheduler internal error BSOD after closing some games, then watching YouTube for about 5 minutes. This is after doing what you suggested and reinstalling video drivers with DDU.

Edit: It is worth mentioning that for a few seconds before the crash the system became very sluggish, even the mouse lagged.
