Windows 10: Video issues in pre-boot environment

Hi all, I'm having some video issues in the pre-boot environment video of issue. I recently upgraded to Windows 11 and have had the issue mostly since then. I have a distorted/black screen in the pre-boot environment, but once I type in my Bitlocker password blindly, things flicker for a few seconds and then boot up normally and I have no issues. The computer is a Dell G15 5510 from 2021 with an Intel i7 and an RTX 3060 Laptop. Here's what I have tried so far:1. Uninstalling Bitlocker. PC wont boot up (No POST, No Video)

I recently installed a new Asus M5A99X Evo r2.0. The motherboard green LED lights up and the case and cpu fans spin. But there is no video when its hooked up to my monitor.

Steps that i have tried:

Made sure all connections are properly connected.

Flashing the CMOS

Tested the PSU

Followed all steps in the user manual

Load this checklist video in Edge:
(I'm assuming you did at least a few of these steps, since you stated you tried other suggestions earlier)

Go through the list of suggestions here to try to repair YouTube for Chrome...

I haven't gotteen to this suggestion yet - but, I've shut down half my Extensions and, now, I get the voice of the Youtube videos - but still not the video. Thought this clue might help.
