Windows 10: Video lagging on second monitor [Win11]

Hi,I have just built a new PC, with the same two monitors, and when I'm gaming or full-screen working on the main monitor, whatever video playing on the second monitor would lag, sometimes stutter and sometimes 10+secs freeze, regardless of which website or browser. In fact, for some games if I set it to borderless instead of full-screen solves the issue, but unfortunately not all, esp working software is full-screen only.I have tried many solutions on the internet including setting monitors to the same refresh rate, updating the graphic card driver, and disabling/enabling hardware acceleratio

Second Monitor Lag

Hey. My second monitor has enormous amounts of lag when connected. I use Windows 10, my second monitor is 1920x1080, while my original monitor where the DVD recorder is located is 1600x900. It lags on the 1080p monitor, while the default monitor works flawlessly.

How do I troubleshoot this?

So before windows ten I could play wow, swtor, secret world etc.. on my main monitor and watch netflix on my second monitor with no issues. Well after windows 10 the video in my second monitor lags out when i'm in the game am I playing. Now if i click on the video in the second monitor it plays just fine. Its just when i'm actualy on the game. Is this an issue that is happening for more people. Is there something I can check to see what is going on? Very frustrating and want to fix fast.

If Windows can't detect your second monitor, it's usually a driver problem. It could be due to your video driver being outdated, incorrect or faulty. It's also possible that your monitor driver is causing the problem.

Since the issue occurred after the latest update, it's possible that the video or monitor drivers require an update. Try looking for the updated version of the drivers on the device manufacturer's website and follow their instructions.

If the issue persists, try to roll back the drivers to the last good configuration. To do that, you may follow these steps:

• Right-click the Start button and select Device Manager.
• Right-click your device driver, select Properties, and browse to the
  Driver tab.
• Press the Roll Back Driver option if available, and Windows 10 will begin the process.
