Windows 10: video on open tab stops playing if i open a new tab

recently i notice that if i'm playing a video and open a new tab to do something else, the video stops playing on the frist tab even though IT IS open.This did not used to happen. Ever.I am usng chrome so i apologize for askiing but is this a chrome problem or MSi just tried to test this in Edge and bing kept dragging me around all over the place, opening yahoo and doing things that i did not initiate.Do you know what might be wrong? I"m very careful to leave tabs open that i still want. For example, you can sometimes play a youtube on an open tab while you're elsewhere on another tab. i don't

Stop New Tabs from Automatically Playing Videos

In GOOGLE CHROME, you can open multiple YouTube tabs and the videos won't start playing until you select that tab. In MICROSOFT EDGE, if you open multiple tabs, they will all start playing automatically. How can I stop this?

Chrome does not do that. Problem is, you do a search, and click on a search link, it opens a new tab, and leaves the bing seach tab open. And after a while, you can have very many Bing search tabs open

Tabs open on Starup-Firefox?

I was wondering is there a way where when I start up Firefox multiple tabs open with web pages loading? Like when I open up Firefox 4 tabs start up and they are different websites loading?
