Windows 10: Video output goes black, then PC restarts after 30 seconds

Over the past few days, I have been getting a constant error relating to constant crashes of the nature described in the question title. It seems to occur mostly when I have a fullscreen application. No blue-screen error report appears after the restart, it simply acts as if it was a standard restart.I have tried using SFC /scannow alongside DISM - corrupted files are said to be found and repaired, however this doesn't fixx the issue. I have also run the memtest utility to no avail. I often see the below messageThe computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.

Screen goes black with no warning, then restarts the pc

This started happening about a week ago, and it occurs almost once a day. The screen suddenly goes black for a second or so, then the pc restarts, it goes through the welcome screen etc.

I get no warning at all. Its not because overheating, because sometimes it happens after I've only been logged on for 30 mins and there's no heat coming from the tower. Sometimes it happens hours after I'm on.

The pc is about 3 years old. It's AMD A10-7700K Radeon R7, 10 Compute cores 4C+6G 3.40 GHz

 

Windows 10 - Black screen every 30 seconds.

This keeps happening every 30 seconds. The screen goes black for 3seconds~ then everything comes back to normal without doing anything. If i am on browser i can still see the taskbar turning black and if i stay on desktop i can see the entire screen turns back. Even though everything comes back to normal after 3 seconds. its annoying as this happens every 30 seconds. I tried opening settings to reset but it wont open, not even the start will opening and i cant control sound as well. I tried using cmd to reset but after waiting for 3 hours it got stuck on "Resetting your pc" without showing the % so i cancelled it and i dont have a pendrive either.

Any suggestions on how to solve this.

Yeah I'm pretty sure that's not a software related issue which is why I was suggesting that you remove the video card to start with since it's such an easy process of elimination step.

I'm not familiar with AMD CPUs, I did see that you had listed in your system specs but I had no idea whether or not it has an iGPU

Is there any possibility of you being able to get your hands on any compatible video card at all?it would be the easiest step to try to troubleshoot or at least one of the easier ones. You should be able to get into the bios without anything but A display cable hooked up to the motherboard
