Windows 10: Video playback delays due to Sound Driver

Hello All,I am having issues with my video playback, in that it constantly loading/paused for a couple of seconds before playing.For example, when streaming a video on youtube, the video will load but not start until at least a couple of seconds, whereas before it started immediately. When a video is paused, upon resuming there is a further delay of a couple of seconds before it plays. It was instant before.This is not a buffering or connectivity issue.I am on Windows 11 and this issue started to happen recently no matter browser is used.When disabling the Realtek Audio Driver, the playback is

video playback freeze for a split second with a buzzing sound about every 20 to 30 seconds

• Which application you are using to play the video?
• What is the format of the videos you are trying to play?
• Does this happens with all other videos as well?

This issue might be due to outdated or corrupted graphic card drivers. Let's try the below steps and check if it helps:

Step 1: Run Video Playback Troubleshooter.

I suggest you to run the Video Playback
Troubleshooter. Follow these steps to run
Video Playback troubleshooter:

• Type troubleshooting in the search bar and select it.
• Select View all on the top left corner.
• Click Video Playback
  troubleshooter.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.
• Check if issue persists.

Step 2: Also, I suggest you to update your graphic card drivers.

I suggest you to update graphic drivers and check if it helps. Follow the steps given below.

• 
  Press Windows key + X key and click on
  Device manager.
  
• 
  Search for Display Adapters.
  
• 
  Right-click on the graphics
  card and click on Update driver software.

To fix the issue, we suggest that you run the Troubleshooting Wizard to troubleshoot hardware and devices. To do that, follow these steps:

• Right-click on the Start icon and select Control Panel.
• Type troubleshooting in the search bar and click on
  Troubleshooting.
• Click on Hardware and Sound > Hardware and Devices.
  
  
• Follow the steps from the wizard to run the troubleshooter.

If the issue persists, uninstall the video drivers, then follow these steps:

• Right-click on the name of your PC at the top of the list of devices in
  Device Manager.
• Select Scan for hardware changes to reinstall the device driver, or
  download and install the latest version from the manufacturer’s website.

If the issue persists then install the latest graphic driver from the manufacturer and check if it helps.
