Windows 10: Video player app and photos app stuck on skip 30 sec

Each time i attempt to view a video or a series of photos using the windows 10 apps it immediately tries to skip 30 seconds or skip through all the photos as if my arrow keys were stuck down, I read on another post that my controller may be affecting it but i have disconnected it and also tried using it to stop the skipping to no avail. Quite frustrating there isn't more about it online not sure if anyone else is having this issue or not

App to record videos of ingame footage

Title says it all, it cant be fraps because I will have to keep stringing loads of 30 sec vids together, which is just a pain in the arse, and I'm not about to pay for an app thats only going to be used while making the twilight K.E.T. mod, so any suggestions on free alternatives?

 

SlideShow in Photos app does not display more that 30 photos

I suggest you to remove and re-add the photos folder from Photo app. Follow the steps below:

• 
  Open Photos App.
  
• 
  Click on Settings.
  
• 
  Under Sources click on the X mark next to the folder location listed to delete the location from Photos App.
  
• 
  Once done try to re-add the folder by clicking on Add a Folder.
  
• 
  Restart the computer and check if issue persists.

Nokia Play To app does not work for video

I'm trying to play recorded video from my Lumia 900 to my Samsung UE55C8000, but it doesn't work. I can play photos. In case of video, it plays for 1 sec and then gets stuck for 30 sec, then plays for 1 sec and again gets stuck. This

on. It's a pity that there is no other way to play recorded video on the tv.
