Windows 10: Video RAM issues

I am trying to play a game on my laptop that requires 32 MB of dedicated 3D video memory to run effectively and when I go to install it, the installer says it detects less than the 32 MB required. I don't understand why that would be because I just reset my laptop and got rid of everything on it. In my display settings it says I have 128 MB of dedicated video memory, 0 MB of system video memory, 1955 MB of shared system memory, and 2083 MB of total available graphics memory. What can I do to either increase my video memory or allow more of it to be used by my applications? Please be thorough and clear if possible I am relatively new to using computers this way.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

i want to increase my dedicated video ram i have intel iris 5100 but i dont know how pls list a step by step way to increase it (windows 10)

  Is the issue occurs in Microsoft Edge?

  Let us know whether the issue is specific to online videos or it is happening with other videos present in your system too?
  
  As the initial troubleshooting steps, I would suggest you to check all the available Windows Updates. Installation of recent Windows Updates should fix the issue.
  
  If the issue still persists, then try updating the Display driver and check. Here is the steps:
  

• Press Windows Key + R on your desktop screen to go to run command box.
• Type devmgmt.msc and hit Enter.
• In Display Adapter, expand Display Adapter, right-click , and then click
  Update.

If the issues persists ,only with firefox then i suggest you to contact firefox support.
