Windows 10: Video scheduler error bsod

Basically i had the last method thought out which is the reset pc with all my files deleted but even when i reset my pc it still would just blue screen with the video scheduler error. Im stuck on the pick a language part of the process and i cant seem to get passed it. Been happening for months and i cant get it fixed. Need help, thank you.

Did you create a restore point if so you can restore it from when your system is working fine if not you can follow this steps actually work for me..
Solution 1. Reinstall the driver if you have A discrete GPU
Solution 2. Install motherboard chipset if you have integrated GPU.

BSOD with error message: video scheduler internal error

I'm getting BSOD with error message: video scheduler internal error.

I have tried everything, including clean windows install. All my drivers and windows updates are all up date.

I have also tried with older version of drivers, I checked for disk errors (no errors found) -> The problem is the same.

I have checked the minidump files and bug check code is 0x00000119.

This BSOD occurs when I played video games, but not all the time and not all my video games.

I also notice the crash address is always: ntoskrnl.exe+16c3f0.

Please help. I have tried everying...
