Windows 10: video scheduler error

I have a pc with nvida RTX 2070 everything is working fine till about 3min into a windows session then the screen is covered with OX XO only vertical not horizontal as shown they move around. It then get worse with graphics colour problems then the screen goes black. The windows pc scanner says an error with video schedular ?? If I dont log in, the screen saver landscape remains stable only after logging in the problem begins after a few minutes.

Constant BSOD in VR: Video Scheduler Internal Error

Did you create a restore point if so you can restore it from when your system is working fine if not you can follow this steps actually work for me..
Solution 1. Reinstall the driver if you have A discrete GPU
Solution 2. Install motherboard chipset if you have integrated GPU.

Task Scheduler Error


When I access Task Scheduler, an error appears that says SqmUpload_S-1-5-21......... no longer exists. To see the current tasks, click Refresh. However, the same message appears when I click Refresh. I can close the message and it appears the Task Scheduler is OK. A person on the Microsoft boards gave me several steps to follow beginning with booting into Safe Mode. However, I received a message when I accessed Task Scheduler that it doesn't function in Safe Mode.
I did not feel safe following their additional suggestions at that point as I am not that adept at such endeavors. Has anyone else encountered this error and/or found a simple solution? I feel it is caused by some remnant leftover from Windows 7 during the upgrade but this is pure conjecture on my behalf.

 

Video Scheduler Internal Error

I am not kidding when I say that I have gotten the "Video Scheduler Internal Error" message 53 times in the past 2 hours. Whats up with that?

Keep in mind that this has been an issue for the past 2 years so don't go suggesting that its just a bug or some such bs in the latest update.

I have already done the following steps to try and fix the issue

Reinstall latest version of Windows 10 (3 times)

scanned for viruses with a couple different programs (malwarebytes, built in scanner for windows, norton)

Scanned registry

checked system drive

checked for graphic card (video driver) updates

uninstalled/reinstalled graphics card drivers

replaced my CPU, GPU, motherboard, and SSD (in other words I have replaced everything but the case and the PSU)
