Windows 10: video streaming bianco nero o pochi colori dopo aggiornamento windows 10

Dopo l'ultimo aggiornamento si settembre 2018 di windows 10, i video in streaming o sui social si vedono in bianco e nero o con pochissimi colori.
Ho aggiornato i driver con driver buster ma niente. Ho provato un aggiornamento diretto sul sito AMD ma non trovo quello per la RADEON R4.
Vorrei provare con un ripristino ma durerebbe poco che avrebbe dovuto comunque aggiornare l'aggiornamento di Windows.

Come posso risolvere?

I driver sembrano tutti bene. Alcune domande:

Quando è uscito l' errore? Hai attaccato altoparlanti o cuffie al PC (USB o jack)? Hai attaccato un schermo esterno via hdmi o dvi? L'errore si è manifestato dopo aver installato o usato un certo programma? Si è manifestato dopo un aggiornamento?
