    recently I took the option to update my windows 10 PC to win 11 Dell Precision 7540. Immediately I noticed problems when trying to watch videos on many platforms, including youtube, but many others. playback of local video from file is OK, it just seems to be streaming online video that is virtually non-functional, it doesn't just buffer, it takes minutes to start, then plays for seconds before stopping. Its just impossibleI have checked all the obvious things, please don't suggest these obvious things:1. internet speed 1GB2. display adapter drivers3. network adapter drivers4. windows u

    videos, streaming videos, youtube problem

    OK, the problem has returned. The reason streaming video is not working (again) is due to the fact that there's no sound on the PC. I've tried all the usual troubleshooting procedures, updated all drivers but to avail.
    Has anyone any suggestions?
