Windows 10: VIDEO TDR FAILURE NO BSOD - Issue started about one month ago

PC Specs:CPU: Ryzen 5800xMotherboard: RogStrix x570-EGPU: 2060S FERAM: 32GB 3600hz 8*4Storage: 2 of 1TB nVme and 1 2TB HDDIssue started about one month ago, the pc was built brand new by me in august 2021 beside GPU that was from last build.Latest DUMP file --> LINKGOOGLE DRIVETHINGS I TRIED:-DDU and various driver --> did not fix the issue-Update Windows --> did not fix the issue but seems it occurs less-Contacted Nvidia support and applied the fixes --> did not fix the issue -Put GPU in Debug Mode -And settings to "Prefer Maximum Performance"-Contacted Windows suppo

She probably needs to do a video driver update. Get her to go to the manufacturers website for her graphics card and update her graphics card drivers.

Hi,

I hope somebody could help. I'm receiving the BSOD with Video TDR Failure atikmpag.sys problem when booting the laptop. I've got blue marks that change all over the boot screen. I can't get into safe mode either. I did update my graphics driver a few days
ago but I've got no idea how to fix the issue as I'm unable to get in.

Please could somebody suggest what I can do to fix this and get into my laptop.
