Windows 10: Video TDR Failure nvlddmkm.sys BSoD

Hi Support,I've been frequently getting a BSoD recently on a custom gaming pc.I searched around and found that this error is often caused by my graphics drivers.Things I've already tried based on my limited research:Update my GeForce drivers.Removed GeForce drivers with DDU and reinstalled within safe mode.Set PhysX to my GPU.Underclock my GPU.I've also tried to look at my Dump file below, but I'm not fluent in Blue Screen.Something along the lines of dxgkrnl.sys being the cause of the BSoD? She probably needs to do a video driver update. Get her to go to the manufacturers website for her graphics card and update her graphics card drivers.

Video TDR BSOD

Hi all

Hoping someone can help. Running windows10 and getting BSOD video tdr failure igdkmd64.sys when i start my computer up and it is connected to a second monitor. We have tried the following to no avail, open to all suggestions!

- Added TdrDelay, no change

- updated windows and drivers, no change

- removed both drivers (intel and nvidia), when we removed the intel driver the computer actually started up okay with no BSOD, so we are assuming it has something to do with the intel driver?
