Windows 10: VIDEO TDR FAILURE nvlddmkm.sys

So i encountered this BSOD after an extended period of time of playing a game i just recently have, so i suspected that something on this game is the culprit to this since i can run Cyberpunk 2077 just fine for 100+ hours. What I've tried since the BSOD happens is updating my graphic driver, reinstalling the whole graphic driver through Safe Mode, and even resetting my PC using both of the Keep My Files and Remove Everything, which all of that has led to no luck at all. Does my only option and last resort now is to do a clean Windows install with a bootable USB drive? Kinda worried that it wil

BSOD Video TDR Failure


She probably needs to do a video driver update. Get her to go to the manufacturers website for her graphics card and update her graphics card drivers.

Blue Screen - Video TDR Failure

Hello

I have had 2 blue screen system failures this morning. Both of them with the message Video TDR Failure. The message advised me to contact support and quote igdkmd64.sys.

The system was installing Windows Updates at the time so that is my prime suspicion. The update that was successfully installed was Intel Corporation driver update for Intel(R) HD Graphics. It appears twice at the top of the list of updates for some reason.

 

Video TDR Failure - igdkmd64.sys

Both yesterday and this morning I was able to work in Adobe Premiere editing videos. This afternoon I got the blue screen with the Video TDR Failure - igdkmd64.sys failure.

I have tried updating the video driver and I even deleted and reinstalled it. I'm not great with computers so I have no clue where to go next.

My computer shows the following info:

Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6400 CPU @ 2.70GHz 2.71 GHz

12.0 GF installed ram

64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Intel(R) HD Graphics 530

I'm not sure what else you might need but I can also include that if you can let me know.

I have my last 3 DMP files in OneDrive but I'm not sure if I post the link here?
