Windows 10: Video troubles!

HI, I don't know how to fix the my video flickering. Looks like the drivers are updated, And yes: the Task Manager flickers, too. The flickering does not happen regularly, but quite randomly. Sometimes it autonomously disappears after half an hour or so. Any idea how to fix this? Thanks in advance!This is one of the most terrible screenshot. Sometimes it's only a soft change in bright colors.

I haven't gotteen to this suggestion yet - but, I've shut down half my Extensions and, now, I get the voice of the Youtube videos - but still not the video. Thought this clue might help.
