Windows 10: video_dxgkrnl_fatal_error crash on Acer Swift 3

For a few weeks now, Windows 10 has been throwing BSoDs for the above bug check. The crashes are random in when they occur. Sometimes it will crash before I can even get to the login screen, other times it can run for hours without issue. No USB devices are used on this particular system. I have tried the following fixes:

• SFC scannow with, and without the -F flag
• chdsk
• Updated Windows
• downgraded Windows
• updated/downgraded video drivers for both Intel Integrated Graphics, as well as the Nvidia driver using the Display Driver Uninstaller tool
  
• Ran the driver verifier utility, with no errors reported
• cleaned the air vents
• Using Windows Defender's tools, system was checked for virus/malware, with Malewarebytes doing a secondary check

It should be noted that the crash also occurred in safe mode, and when using the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter. Additionally, no hardware changes have been made to this system, and due to the system locking up during the "gathering error info" stage, no logs are generated aside from the unexpected shutdown messages in the event log.


Reinstalling Windows would be bothersome, due to the fact the license is not linked to any Microsoft Account. Current Windows Version is 2004.

Multiple BSODs on laptop (Acer Swift 1)

a: I get nothing on the health tab. I'm not sure if its due to my storage being eMMC (I had tried looking at my drive with crystaldiskinfo before and got nothing)

Did you install drivers from Acer site both for Intel and NVidia?

Please download third party Display Driver Uninstaller, run it and immediately reinstall drivers from Acer site.

If this will not help please share memory dump to OneDrive for analysis.
