Windows 10: VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR makes the dedicated graphic card not get detected.

I have a problem with a BSOD VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR keeps on coming, I have tried everything and after my laptop restarts, My dedicated GPU is not detected and I have to reset the bios to get the driver back and as soon as the rtx 3060 laptop gpu is detected, it again shows the VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR. Again the dgpu is not detected. Please help me find the reason behind such behaviour.

Your computer makes a noise or beeps from your internal speaker because it failed to detect the graphics card. What we can suggest is for you to try cleaning your graphics card with a pencil eraser. Here are the steps below:

• Turn your computer off.
• Pull out your video/graphics card.
• Rubbed the cold contacts with soft pencil eraser.
• Connect your video/graphics card back to the computer.
