    Video_dxgrnl_fatal_error repeatedly


    While playing a game on my computer and it's happened with a couple of different games/programs, I get a bluescreen that gives me this as a stop code: VIDEO_DXGRNL_FATAL_ERROR. A restart will work for some period of time, but then it comes back. It's happened 4 times in the last week. I'll add the minidump when this uploads: Processor 12th Gen IntelR CoreTM i7-12700H 2.30 GHz Installed RAM 32.0 GB 31.7 GB usable Intel Arc A370M graphicsIntel Iris Xe graphicsWindows 11 Home 24H2 26100.2161 installed

    repeatedly restarting

    Microsoft Bluetooth Mouse 3600 Repeatedly drops connection

    I've done ALL the troubleshooting steps on ALL the other forums regarding this piece of junk repeatedly dropping connection. It still does it. How do we stop this piece of garbage from repeatedly dropping connection before I file Consumer Complaints?
    There is no "wake setting" for it in Device Manager, so don't give me that useless suggestion, though I realize you useless outsourced script readers only know how to copy and paste. How do you fix your buggy product?
