Windows 10: VIDEO_MEMORY_MANAGEMENT_INTERNAL 10e error and my PC no longer detects my GPU

Hello,I have a 2 month old PC I built myself with an Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 GPU. Periodically the GPU has had issues where the PC can't detect it, and the only thing that has fixed it has been reseating the GPU. Today the computer crashed and now even with reseating it no longer detects the GPU. I've tried reinstalling my drive

BSOD Crash: VIDEO_MEMORY_MANAGEMENT_INTERNAL (10E)

Hi,

I'm crashing to a BSOD consistently about every hour. I've run the MEMORY.DMP file through a memory debugger and it's always the same after every crash. What's odd is the computer only crashes when I'm using Unity (though it did
once while using Maya), but does so very consistently. I've looked at dozens of forums and documentations but none of them seem to help. I've attached the debug from the MEMORY.DMP file at the bottom.

VIDEO_MEMORY_MANAGEMENT_INTERNAL ERROR

Hi support team,

Getting unexpected shutdowns after playing some games like Apex, PUBG and etc. From Event viewer i only see error is The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly. From dump it`s say: VIDEO_MEMORY_MANAGEMENT_INTERNAL (10e) The video memory manager encountered a condition that it can't recover from. By crashing, the video memory manager is attempting to get enough information into the minidump such that somebody can pinpoint what lead to this condition.

I tried every test (RAM test, sfcscan now and etc.), but everything seems okay. Changed PSU/ motherboard still same effect. I get once in day at least while i playing games. Temp looking normal, nothing overheats and no overclock in my system. Drivers and bios had been upgraded. I had this problem for half and year i think so.

My system:

CPU: Ryzen 5 2600

GPU: Gigabyte RTX 2060

RAM: Crucial Ballistix Sport LT 3000 MHz 2x8gb

SSD: Kingston M.2

Could be that my GPU or CPU are defected? Thanks for answers!

 

Video_Memory_Management_Internal Error

I have a dell Inspiron 7537, and quite often when i open or close Counter Strike GLobal Offensive, my PC will freeze for about 30 seconds and then blue screen with the Video_Memory_Management_Internal Error. If anyone knows how to fix this please let me
know. I will leave the exact specs of my PC below.
