Windows 10: Video_Memory_Managment_Internal Blue Screen

Dear Microsoft Community,


I got a very weird issue and the Microsoft Support on the "Get Help" App does not help me at all. They seem to know less then I do.


Here is my issue:


Sometimes when I turn off my PC it first does the usual Shut Down animation and wheel spinning but then my PC sometimes gets a Blue Screen with the Error Code Video_Memory_Managment_Internal. This Blue Screen mostly happens when I turn off my PC but it even happened once right when I turned on my PC. I have already updated Windows 10 to the newest version and have also updated all my Video Drivers to the latest version. I also tried looking for corrupted files and also did a hard disk scan. No errors were found though.

I started getting the Blue Screen after updating the Nvidia Game Ready Drivers to the latest version. I did reinstall them but still am having this issue.


Does anyone have an idea?

would like to know more about the issue. Please clarify the following:

• Did you get a STOP code?
• Did you install any hardware or driver recently?

Startup Blue Screen

Startup blue screen error(s) can occur if a problem causes your PC to shut down or restart unexpectedly. It could be due to the following:

• Outdated device software drivers
• Corrupted Windows update system files
• Software/Security conflicts

We would like to know some information:

• Did you get any blue screen stop error codes?
• Have you tried booting in Safe mode?
