Windows 10: Video_Memory_mgmt_Internal restart loop

I had a HDD failure on my ET2701INTI that was running 8.1. I went out and bought a 1TB SSD. Unfortunately, I did not have a back up and the drive would not clone due to bad sectors. Long story short, ASUS refused to give me the Win8 OEM version. I was forced to pay around $90 dollars (50 for image and 20 each way shipping). So instead of sending my PC out i bought Win 10 Pro for $100. It installs just fine, I can use it for a whole day, but on restart i get stuck in an endless loop with VIDEO_Memory_Management_Internal errors. I am in a rock and hard place right now. I am actually thinking of sending to ASUS to have Win 8 put back on it. Any advice or correct drivers would be awesome. Right now I have $2000 brick.

Update: seems to be crashing before restart now with same error.

Restart Loop

Hi, I have been looking all over the internet to find out how to fix this issue but I cannot find out how. I am on windows 10 and I kept on noticing that i would lag on the games I would play so i restarted my networks. After I did this I logged back on
but my internet would not work and it worked on my other devices. So once again I restarted my networks but this time when I tried to log on it would just tell me Pc will automatically restart in one minute your Pc ran into some issues and needs to restart.
Then it would kick me back into the login screen and it would be the same thing each time i tried I have no idea what to do and i need help. Also i dont know if this is also part of my problem but i tried to reset my internet and do everything but still in
the bottom right hand corner it shows a computer and a cable with and x on it and when i click on it it says networks no connections are available. Please help me thank you.

I would suggest you to boot from Windows 10 DVD and perform startup repair and system restore from windows recovery mode and check if it helps.

Perform a Startup Repair on the system

Create a Windows 10 installation media and perform a Startup Repair on the device and check if it helps to resolve the issue.
This is an alternate way to boot the device and run recovery tools when something goes wrong with the Operating system.

Please follow the steps below to do Startup repair:

Steps:-

• Insert the installation USB drive and boot Windows 10 from it.
  
  If you don't have one, you can Create an installation Media.
• In the ‘Windows setup’ page select the ‘language to install’, ‘Time and currency format’
  and the ‘keyboard or input method’ and click on ‘next’.
• Click on ‘Repair your computer’ and select ‘Troubleshoot’.
  
• Click on ‘Advanced options’ and select ‘Startup Repair’
  and select the operating system.
