Windows 10: Video_TDR_Failure amdkmdag.sys

Hello, I have a dell G5 15 SE, i have issue with the radeon driver that is installed in the laptop. When i start playing games sometimes it suddenly stops and displays a blue screen with the following error. Stop code: Video_TDR_Failure what filed: amdkmdag.sys this has happened many times. The current version of my display driver is 27.20.11018.6002. If i try to install a latest version that is available for this laptop my windows update is downloading this version again and the same issue is repeating.The solutions that i have tried: 1Perform a windows reset 2 Perform a cleanup using AMD c

Video_TDR_Failure (igdkmd64.sys)

I tried the fix above and it only worked for a day then the same video_tdr_failure igdkmd64.sys appeared and restarted my pc. I have an Intel HD 4400 Graphics on my pc.

Anyone have any other suggestions?

I have already tried to install the newest versions of the video card from Intel which did not work.

My Dell computer with Windows 10 crashes frequently, displaying Video_TDR_Failure (igdkmd64.sys). When the computer restarts the clock always indicates 1 hour earlier than before the crash. What is the problem?

 

BSOD Video_TDR_Failure igdkmd64.sys while using bluestacks


I was using bluestacks when BSOD happened.
Everything went blue and it said your pc has just run in to trouble we are collecting the error files then you can restart. If you need help with this error search this Video_TDR_Failure igdkmd64.sys

My Graphic driver is up to date. I tried uninstalling it then installing it back again but still happens.
