    Hello,

    I got video_tdr_failure (atikmpag.sys) blue screen error message, and now all I get is a black screen. Unable to boot in safe mode either. PC is hp pavilion p7-1045, video card is ati radeon 6450, windows 10 (64 bit). Please bear in mind I have tried to restart by powering off and on the PC thrice, but I see absolutely nothing coming up on the screen to enable me to get into safe mode or any more for that matter. Any suggestions/help will be appreciated. PS if this error is caused by a Microsoft update, does Microsoft have a resolution for this? (16-Dec-2019)

    BSOD/Black Screen While Gaming. Video_TDR_Failure atikmpag.sys


    Here are the tests on all of my drives. One thing that I noticed is that my Adata drive got a little hot yesterday, up to 46C and when that happened the drive throttled speeds so I am going to increase fan speeds in the case to see if that might help the SSD.

    Also about the AMD drivers, I have tried many different AMD drivers to fix this issue. I have tried about all of the drivers that have support for my RX 470 and none of them fixes the issue.
