Windows 10: videomemory management internal error

i am using my acer laptop of windows 10 but sometimes it is showing that "your pc ran in to a problem and needs to restart we are just collecting some error information and then we will restart for you". and the stop code showing - video memory management internal . what to do? i do not know much about laptop settings & i am a student but such problems make disturbance in my study at suddenly it restarts while watching videos.

Did you create a restore point if so you can restore it from when your system is working fine if not you can follow this steps actually work for me..
Solution 1. Reinstall the driver if you have A discrete GPU
Solution 2. Install motherboard chipset if you have integrated GPU.

And I did a run test on the game,so far it didn't occur the video scheduler internal error now.

Step 1: I suggest you to check if there are any drivers with exclamatory mark in Device Manager.

• Press Windows + X keys from the keyboard, click on
  Device Manager.
• Check for the drivers with exclamatory mark in yellow triangle.
• If so, right click on the driver, click on Properties
  and check the device status.

If there are no drivers of such, I suggest you to re-install the display drivers.

Step 2: I suggest you to download the display drivers for your device from the Manufacturer's website.

Step 3: Boot the device to Safe mode and uninstall the existing drivers and restart the computer.

Steps to Uninstall the Display Adapter driver.

• Press Windows key + X key when you are at desktop.
• Select Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapter.
• Right click on the Display Adapter and click on
  Uninstall.

10, try to install the drivers in compatibility mode.

Step 4:
Follow the below steps to place the computer in normal mode.

• Press Windows + R keys to open
  Run command.
• Type msconfig and press
  Enter.
• In the System Configuration window, click on
  General tab.
• Select Start-up selection as
  Normal startup, click on Apply
  and Ok.
• Follow onscreen instructions.
