    Videos across all platforms slowly go out of sync


    Seemingly overnight it seems that my laptop cannot play videos without them going out of sync or lagging behind. It doesn't matter if I use the Chrome or Edge browser with only one tab open. It happens on every site: YouTube, Twitch, etc. and even if I try to watch a movie using VLC with nothing else open.I assume it's a high memory/RAM issue but I don't have any performance issues otherwise and I'm pretty stumped on how to fix the problem. I also don't use the laptop for projects. I'm running into this issue when using one tab with only one browser open. Or only VLC player.I have disabled bac

    Can't get Youtube to show videos in Chrome

    Load this checklist video in Edge: (I'm assuming you did at least a few of these steps, since you stated you tried other suggestions earlier) Go through the list of suggestions here to try to repair YouTube for Chrome...

    Can't get Youtube to show videos in Chrome

    I haven't gotteen to this suggestion yet - but, I've shut down half my Extensions and, now, I get the voice of the Youtube videos - but still not the video. Thought this clue might help.
