Windows 10: Videos cause screen to go black for a second?

When I hover over a youtube video occasionally it will make my screen go black for a second only the application which it happens, the rest of my screen stays normal like my taskbar or if I have another app visible, or when I pop-out any video be it a video on youtube or a screenshare on discord it does the same thing. After doing that a few times it'll stop doing it for a while. I've tried switching browsers, changing resolutions, switching monitors, switching video cables, taking out and putting back in my graphics card, and even completely resetting my pc. Black Screen after Log on


Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad
